Q: How do I know what size tent I need?

A:The ITE staff will determine what size tent is needed by asking the appropriate questions such as how many people are you seating? Or what are you putting under the tent such as food, dance floor or DJ?

Q: How long before my event do I need to place my order for rental items?

A: As far in advance as possible. One year in advance is preferred especially if the wedding is taking place during the busy season. Typically, this is March-May and Sept.-Dec.
